30 East 95th St.

New York, New York

Scope

Ensuring the exterior envelope is maintained to a sound condition is critical to the long-term preservation of any building.  Deficiencies noted in the most current FISP survey of 30 East 95th St. were indicative of general failures related to water infiltration and materials exceeding their useful service life.

The first phase of the repair intervention at this highly articulated building included review of existing documentation, reformatting existing ACAD drawings, and performing an abbreviated inspection of the façade conditions, augmenting the FISP survey documentation.

JHPArchitects PC prepared construction-ready drawings and specifications as well as a final construction cost estimate, escalated to the anticipated mid-point of construction.  The documents included all repairs necessary to ensure the deficiencies noted in the FISP survey and the JHPA, Inc. assessment were addressed.
