Scope

As part of a team assembled to complete an Historic Structure Report for the Hendrick I. Lott House, which was built in 1880, incorporating elements from an earlier 1720s house, JHPA, Inc. completed an existing condition survey of the roof and roof-related elements. The roofing conditions and accompanying recommendations for remedial intervention formed an integral part of the final Historic Structure Report.
